Cancellation Policy
PLEASE ORDER CAREFULLY
If you need to cancel your order please do so immediately so that we can make sure it does not get processed. Any orders that are placed and then cancelled will incur a restocking fee of 10%.
If you need to make changes to your delivery address, please do so immediately so that we can get your address updated prior to shipping your order.
Once your order has been processed and handed off to the shipping company, we are unable to cancel the order.
Once the order is processed and shipped we can not make any changes to the address. If the order can not be delivered due to an address error, the parcel will be returned to us by the carrier. All returned orders will be refunded minus the original shipping charges and can NOT be shipped back out.
Please keep in mind, most orders will be processed and shipped the same day.
