Return of Battery Operated Products

All products that require batteries have been tested prior to being packaged for shipping.   If an item is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item.  Contact us here so we can provide you with instructions on how to return your product.  We will then issue you a Return Authorization number (RA) via email and provide  instructions on getting the product back to us. A return Authorization number is required to process the return.  We  will not accept any returns without one. 

 

When emailing about a defective product,  please have the following information ready, your order number, found in  the top right hand corner of your invoice OR your web confirmation  number along with your name and the nature of the defect. Once the  defective item is received back into our warehouse (shipping it back is  your responsibility), we will promptly ship a new replacement to you  free of charge. Any item returned must have ALL original parts and  packaging, batteries if applicable, cords, controls, blank warranty  cards, instructions etc.

Return of Non-Battery Operated Products

All products are examined for any defects prior to them being packaged for shipping.  Once the product has been shipped or picked up by the customer the product is not refundable.

Non-Returnable Products

Any edible products, such as the BJ Blasts, Sex Sprays, or any liquids that are included in your purchase  are not refundable or returnable.

Restocking Fee

Any order that are placed and then cancelled will incur a restocking fee of 10%.
